01 · Real hardware, real revenue
Every slot is backed by a specific GPU.
Each slot ties to a named chassis in a named data center under an active B2B contract. No pooled exposure, no synthetic tokens.
Nodera builds and operates GPU computing clusters for AI training, inference, and rendering workloads — and opens fractional ownership of that hardware to retail investors. Returns are backed by live B2B revenue from the clusters, not by token emission, yield farming, or pre-sale accounting.
What we stand for
01 · Real hardware, real revenue
Each slot ties to a named chassis in a named data center under an active B2B contract. No pooled exposure, no synthetic tokens.
02 · Verifiable, independently
Companies House filing, ICO data-protection registration, ISO 27001 certificate, and data-center tier attestations are all viewable on third-party registries — you don't need to take our word for any of it.
03 · Grounded expectations
Advertised daily rates are performance targets based on historical cluster data, not guarantees. Every investor reviews the Risk Disclosure before their first deposit.
Our story
A compressed record of what we built, when, and what moved the economics.
Registered in England & Wales — Companies House № 16990791. Treasury wallets, AML/CFT procedures, and sanctions-screening stack established before the first investor deposit.
Commissioned an initial Frankfurt cluster and opened investor slots from the $99 entry tier. Signed a 90-day training reservation with a European AI studio — cluster utilization hit 94% in the first operating month, validating the demand model.
Migrated multiple facilities from forced-air to direct-to-chip liquid cooling. Fleet-average PUE fell from 1.48 → 1.22, freeing ~15% of the power budget for additional compute without increasing energy spend.
Brought the first 128× H100 80GB NVLink cluster online. Replaced static rate cards with a demand-responsive pricing engine that reprices idle capacity hourly — effective revenue per GPU-hour rose +28% quarter-on-quarter with no new hardware added.
Second H100 cluster commissioned in Ashburn. Cumulative active slot holders crossed 1,500. Real-time cluster-health telemetry rolled out across the investor dashboard.
Deployed a proprietary workload-scheduling layer across the fleet: idle GPU-hours between B2B contracts dropped 42%, directly lifting the per-GPU revenue that funds investor payouts. Opened a Tier IV facility in Singapore — six facilities across five countries now under a single operations team.
